What is this article about? This article is about that absolutely everything is subject to trend, fashion and innovations in our life. Spiritual transformation is as much a part of our life as sleep, food, home, family, children, communication with friends. Therefore, here comes the changes necessary for the very concept of conscious life to start coming to people in its full extent and with all the ensuing consequences. And the consequences for spiritual transformation are the most positive: internal balance, happiness, joy in every minute of life, no matter where we are and what we do.

Spiritual transformation is a concept that is as old as the world. It is a movement along the path of spiritual transformation, it is a life itself. This is its main cornerstone, the basis and motivation. Therefore, the methods of spiritual transformation have been known to mankind for thousands of years and I will not add anything new here. Still, new and interesting things began to happen with the beginning of the 21st century, when our planet entered a new era of Aquarius and emerged from the “Varangian night”, in the words of the Aryan Vedas. The night ended and the morning began to change the very methods of approaching awakening and spiritual transformation.

What were the old ones? It has always been the case that a person who had reached a certain level of awareness and made a decision of conscious spiritual development had to pack and leave his homeplace to the places where he would be professionally engaged in this transformation. For example, to ashrams in India and Tibet. And for several millennia, spiritual transformation took place, in principle, only in such a way.

The inconceivability of the history with the methods and rules of spiritual transformation lies in the fact that these methods and rules have been “established” for hundreds and thousands of years. They worked only in such a way. They were accepted by society, being accessible to a certain number of people who had reached the appropriate level of awareness. And suddenly, at the beginning of the 21st century, everything changed. And we are talking about new trends, new directions, methods and tecnics of the transformation itself, and also our approach to it. Why did it happen so? I see three main reasons:

1. The energies of our planet have changed (proven by science and practice). These energies have brought new life perspectives and new tasks for all of humanity - and the solution of these problems requires new constructive changes in the person himself.
2. The tendency towards global changes taking place around us is due to the desire of life itself to get organized in a new way, harmoniously combining two parts of life: the spiritual and the material.
3. The tasks that civilization itself has set for new generations are so complex and ambiguous that their solution cannot be taken under the conditions of the old methods and familiar formulas. They need a radical change.
    

So the changes are coming. Like mushrooms after rain, they begin to grow around us. The main core change that has already happened is an attitude towards the process of spiritual transformation. Yes, the spiritual transformation is also possible in the old manner. You can go to the ashram and transform there. But it is surprising that it has ceased to be a prerequisite on the way to itself. Today, one can consciously transform spiritually without a “separation from everyday life” without moving to faraway countries, without changing the traditional way of life, place of work, social circle, principles of food, and other things that you love and that are familiar to you.

So, the new revolutionary trend of spiritual transformation is the combination of transformation with everyday life. I am pleased to give examples confirming what I am talking about.
