FAITH IS A STRONG MOTIVATOR

FAITH IS A STRONG MOTIVATOR. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FAITH AND RELIGION YESTERDAY AND TOMORROW

Faith is one of the most influential motivators. Today most people are motivated by money. But the motivation for wealth is an intermediate stage. The truth is that everyone who is driven by material belongings believes that he or she can achieve many things with their help: to buy a new house, get healthier, travel, pay off debts, pay for their children’s education, purchase fashionable clothes, start a business, etc.

We should remember that faith is a part of each one of us. When you do not feel faith within you your life feels dark and dull, leaving no space left for happiness anymore.

Faith is the leading source for us, and at the same time, it drives us forward.

In the real world faith, like any other spiritual substance loses its purity. Therefore, religions represent global forms of managing and directing faith.

Here are some of them.

1. Catholicism has over a billion followers all over the world.

2. The second largest monotheistic religion is Islam. It is also one of the fastest growing religions in the world.

3. Although Judaism is considered to be a monotheistic religion, it has many different branches. That is why Judaism is in fact not a homogenous religion. The most influential Judaist movements are the following: Rabbinic Judaism, Orthodox Judaism, Conservative Judaism and Reform Judaism.

4. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is considered to be one of the fastest-growing and wealthiest religions in the world. Its members are called Mormons and can be found everywhere from Scandinavia to Japan.

5. The Church of England is considered to be Protestant. Henry VIII, the King of England, founded the Anglican Church because he wanted to divorce his wife Catherine of Aragon. The Catholic Church at that time did not permit divorce.

6. The Episcopal Church derives from the Church of England in American colonies. This is the 14th largest church in the USA with nearly two million members.

7. Televangelism is not quite a religion, but rather a part of Christianity where pastors talk to the believers through religious programs on television and radio broadcasts. It is generally based on the primary principles of Christianity and preachers stress personal morality to be extremely important.

8. Protestantism falls under Christianity. It includes an independent branch of the Christian Church that rejects the Pope's authority. Protestantism supports the principles of Reformation and emphasizes the authority of the Scripture in Christian life.

9. Freemasonry or Masonry is actually not a religion, but its members believe in the Supreme Being. The vast majority of its members are rich and wealthy people.

10. The Church of Scientology promotes a system of beliefs called Scientology. L. Ron Hubbard founded this religion in 1952, introducing the Dianetics philosophical system.

Unfortunately, lately we see that the most ancient religions are losing their influence and value. We also observe a rise of new religions full of fresh energy, which understand "faith" differently.
