The balance in life is important. In theory it is clear for everybody but how does it actually work in the XXI century?

Once found, they should be developed and maintained. To reach clarity in the presentation of the issue, I come up with the notion of Activation of Leadership Talent. The purpose of this activation is the birth of N.E.O.LEADERS.
How to understand if a person is talented in any area?
A number of talents can be spotted very easily: a talented singer starts to sing and you realize that he is gifted, a football player proves himself by the end of season results, a talented designer is recognized by his works. But what about a Leader's talent?
