What does a young talented Leader need to do to have his Talent noticed? It is not as easy as with a singer or an artist, since a Leader's Talent lies in seeing goals that no one else sees and leading other people towards achieving them. Nevertheless, this topic is important and relevant for our evolution.
Leaders without Talent, or rather trained managers on leading positions are not able to see the goals, and that is why the society is in danger of “walking in the dark”.
