How to understand if a person is talented in any area?
A number of talents can be spotted very easily: a talented singer starts to sing and you realize that he is gifted, a football player proves himself by the end of season results, a talented designer is recognized by his works. But what about a Leader's talent?
What does a young talented Leader need to do to have his Talent noticed? It is not as easy as with a singer or an artist, since a Leader's Talent lies in seeing goals that no one else sees and leading other people towards achieving them. Nevertheless, this topic is important and relevant for our evolution.
Leaders without Talent, or rather trained managers on leading positions are not able to see the goals, and that is why the society is in danger of “walking in the dark”.
In the 21st century N.E.O.TIME is all upon us, when we are in need of N.E.O.LEADERS. Taking care of their search and preparation is strategic, but it is crucial to remember that this is not a question of managerial education, but rather it is a more delicate and spiritually oriented issue, it is a matter of searching and revealing a Leader’s Talent!
