NEW TYPOLOGY APPLIED IN PRACTICE. YOU CAN AND SHOULD MEASURE YOUR SPIRITUALITY. PART 1

The extraordinary fashion for spirituality has led to the fact that in my everyday life I always meet people who talk freely on the topic of spirituality and awareness; they consider themselves exclusively awakened and maximally transformed. As a rule, these people are very different in their social status, age, material wealth and even level of education. Are they right, when they think that they are maximally transformed?

Of course, they are right. They are maximally transformed to the distance they are able to see. But this distance can be quite insignificant from the point of view of true spiritual transformation in a planetary, universal, all-cosmic sense.

That's why we need a tool that would not allow anyone to offend, that will be helpful in measuring their own spirituality and understand where he or she is within an endless field of spirituality, in the hierarchical structure of Mindfulness. The tool I'm talking about is the Natural Uniqueness Pyramid by Contoret. This is a navigation device on the field of the topic of awareness.

I allow myself to talk about spirituality because my research experience in this field is more than 30 years. It was my life choice – and at the same time it was an inevitability. It became the meaning of my life with a purpose of healing my daughter. As a result, the path led me to an understanding of what happiness is. A non-questioning, a sleeping person, is unhappy in principle. He is dependent on his own suffering, which is produced by the brain on a daily basis. My experience is the number one point from which I allow myself to talk about spirituality.

The second point is a completely new typology of man. I am talking about the Spiritual Typology. I did not invent it, I rather received it as a gift from above. But this does not mean that the Natural Uniqueness Pyramid fell on my head! Not at all. It came in a zipped format of enlightenment and what I do is translate it into a simple human language. This process of creation took me a few years. Apparently, it will take a couple of years more. Still, today I am ready to talk about spirituality as a natural uniqueness of man. This is the second point from which I allow myself to talk about spirituality.

Each of us is unique and uniquely spiritual. And the spiritual component – Awareness – is a measuring category. Despite the uniqueness of each of us, we can still group according to our similar features. In fact, any typology works on this principle.

Awareness is a very hackneyed word today, often misunderstood. Therefore I give it a transcript – Natural Uniqueness. Each of us is conscious in our own way. Each of us is naturally unique and this uniqueness cannot be "added" or "taken away" until we naturally receive it or lose it.

The Natural Uniqueness Pyramid by Contoret (hereinafter NUPC) is a new typology that describes the natural unique quality of a person: his spiritual awareness through the reflection of the external signs of his behavior, habits, attachments, and priorities. It diagnoses and identifies each of the 12 types of a person's natural uniqueness, which is called the Stage of Awareness.
