Let's start with the basics. Being a leader is a talent. This is not an academic degree or track record. It is a talent. It can be either present or absent. By not taking this essential truth into consideration, the modern leadership has reached a dead end. There are lots of people who have diplomas and management experience, but almost no one is able to withstand the intensity and pressure of the real leadership role.

Starting from the 20th century, the notion of "taking care of oneself" has reached the democratic level and has become applicable and common in all the social layers. The phrase got into the trend. In the terrain of modern marketing, it means that they started to get the phrase veiled and wrapped up in different packages to offer it to the consumer society in the format that makes consumption process the most effective. The phrase "take care of yourself" has migrated to the densely material level of our perception.

Spirituality has become fashionable. Everyone "plays" in spirituality. It has become more and more common to hear such expressions as "I feel energies", "I think positively", "you are energetically positive" in our everyday life. We hear them in media and even in conversations with people whom we meet at business gatherings. Spirituality has become fashionable.

The tagline "Unite Unique!" expresses the philosophy and mission of N.E.O.PEOPLE Movement. To grasp the true meaning of this motto it is important to understand both each word separately, and the message as a whole.

Many who have been engaged in business in the twentieth century and continue to make business in the XXI century, noticed an amazing change in the very nature of business. Businesses built on the exclusively material orientation of its owners suddenly began to wither. Unexpectedly for all of us, spirituality in business has brought a clear need to think about our business as something where people should contribute joy. This trend is clearly visible from the beginning of the century.

It feels like just a couple of years ago it was imposible to mention these two notions together. At first sight they seem uncompatible: “business” and “spiritual transformation”. Times are completely different nowadays.

In the times of Middle Ages, these words would probably have sparkled a fire of an Inquisition. Nowadays it seems completely natural to me to put these two notions together and to talk of business, material life and money that play very important role in our life, through the concept of spiritual transformation.
