I admire the peonies! These huge tight balls made of many petals - moist, silky, vivid exude a thin tart aroma. They attract, fascinate and draw in themselves so much that it is difficult to take my eyes off. Here it is pleasure! I feel how a warm wave of joy takes me over.

Relationship as the place of "heavenly funeral".

 

To some extent, lots of us have a caricatured idea about the bliss of relationships. Some of us tend to think that they should provide us with constant security and comfort and protect us from the necessity to face rough reality. Sometimes we have a fantasize that if we meet the right person, it will save us from having to deal with loneliness, disappointment, despair, horror or decay.

First of all, improvement of the quality of experience we have, and second, slowing the mind. The superfluous is filtered, and energy is not wasted.

 

Clear internal dialogue. It does not matter whether to write down thoughts on paper or to say them out loud. A good internal dialogue answers the question "What is going on right now?". These are the details of the occurring, viewed from different angles, that give a 3D and true picture. Clarity!

Today I am going to talk about enlightenment and awareness without esotericism and "mystical" experience. I will also discuss psychotherapy, spiritual practices, and our everyday reality. Fortunately, we are lucky to live in the time when we can talk about it freely, without interpreting it as something extraordinary or supernatural. It is no longer necessary to believe that one has to go to the Himalayas and spend there 3 years in a cave without civilization in order achieve enlightenment.
